本應用程式不會收集、使用或分享任何可識別個人身份的資料，包括但不限於姓名、電話號碼、電郵地址、位置資訊、裝置識別碼或使用行為數據。
- 無帳戶、無追蹤
本應用程式不需要註冊或登入，不設帳戶系統，不使用任何分析或廣告追蹤工具（例如 Google Analytics、廣告 SDK）。
- 網絡請求
本應用程式只會向以下公開交通數據 API 發出查詢請求，以顯示巴士、小巴班次及路面交通狀況。這些請求不包含任何個人資料：
- 九巴實時班次 API（data.etabus.gov.hk）
- 城巴實時班次 API（data.gov.hk / 城巴）
- 綠色專線小巴實時班次 API（data.etagmb.gov.hk）
- 運輸署實時交通數據（data.gov.hk）
- 本地儲存
個別設定（例如語言偏好）只儲存在閣下的裝置上，不會上傳到任何伺服器。
- 兒童私隱
本應用程式適合所有年齡人士使用，不收集兒童的個人資料。

CheckTheRoad collects NO personal data.
- No collection, storage, or transmission of personal data
This app does not collect, use, or share any personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, location, device identifiers, or usage behavior.
- No accounts, no tracking
This app requires no registration or sign-in, has no account system, and uses no analytics or advertising tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, ad SDKs).
- Network requests
This app only sends query requests to the following public transport data APIs to display bus/minibus arrival times and road traffic conditions. These requests contain no personal data:
- KMB real-time ETA API (data.etabus.gov.hk)
- Citybus real-time ETA API (data.gov.hk / Citybus)
- Green Minibus real-time ETA API (data.etagmb.gov.hk)
- Transport Department real-time traffic data (data.gov.hk)
- Local storage
Individual preferences (e.g. language choice) are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server.
- Children's privacy
This app is suitable for all ages and does not collect children's personal data.

Any changes to this policy will be published on this page.
